What an adventure parenthood is! Everyone tries to prepare you for it, but you have to experience it to know what an amazing, exhausting, exhilarating ride it is. I've cried nearly every day- not out of sadness- but joy (and sometimes pain-- breastfeeding isn't as easy as it sounds). We really are doing pretty well, however, but have to credit much of that to our amazing friends and family. Steven's folks and my sister have been so supportive and helpful, and our friends have been bringing food and advice every few days. (Thank you Liz!) It is nice to have such a loving environment to bring Sena into. Anyway, here are some pics of miss Sena's first week.. her first bath, swing, and a family photo.
